The ESADE Business School offers an accelerated, customizable full-time MBA programme for students wishing to complete their MBA in a full-time setting in either 13, 15 or 18 months. The 12 month program is completed with classes from September through September, while the 15- and 18-month programs allow for either summer internships, exchanges with other MBA programmes worldwide, or both. In the first eight months the 180 accepted students are divided into three "sections" of 60 each, with whom they complete all their studies in a team format. In the remaining terms classes are completed on an elective basis.

The student body at ESADE is highly international. A typical 18-month MBA class consists of 30% students from Spain, 22% students from other European countries, 30% students from Latin America, 11% students from North America, and the remaining 7% from Asia and other areas. The Exchange Programme lets students take part of their MBA, MSc or undergraduate degree at one of the ESADE international partner institutions.

The Full-Time MBA also features a strong focus on student clubs, organized and managed by the MBA Student Association, or "MBASA". Popular student clubs include Consulting, Media, Finance, Innovation & Design, Marketing and Clean Technology among many more, and provide frequent guest speakers, competitions and case studies, dinners, visits to other schools and "treks" to visit companies in Spain, the UK, Ireland, and many other countries. All club activities are managed and made visible to the public via the ESADE MBA's student-run website.

In overall global rankings for 2011, ESADE Business School's MBA program was ranked #28 by Business Insider, #17 by The Economist, and #21 by Financial Times.[5][6]

Additionally, the Aspen Institute, which ranks institutions on how well schools incorporate issues concerning social and environmental stewardship into the curriculum, ranked ESADE #12 worldwide for 2011.[7]

Double degree

This option caters to those aspiring to an international career. Career services

One of the most important decisions candidates will have to make during the MBA programme is choosing a future career. Support to candidates falls under three main heads: employer relations, advice and gGuidance and the Career Resource Center (CRC).

Employer relations

The Career Services Employer Relations team is in contact with the international business community. In 2005, Career Services managed over 4,000 internship and job advertisements from 1,500 organizations around the world. ESADE publicises vacancies via on-campus Talent Recruitment Events and the student employment portal.

Advice and guidance

The Advice and Guidance team helps candidates develop and meet their professional objectives and has developed the Career Management Programme for that purpose.

The Career Resource Centre (CRC)

The CRC houses the following resources:

In addition, the CRC is available on-line through the MBA student portal, which enables students to manage their internship/job search and applications. Through the portal, students can access internship/job offers as well as many of the CRC's career development resources.

ESADE alumni association

The Association's creation was finalised with the ESADE collaboration agreement protocol, and its official recording in the Registry of Associations on October 9, 1989.

The Association is governed by the General Assembly and the Executive Board. The General Assembly meets at least once a year. One of its functions is to appoint the Executive Board, the Association's executive body.
